Zoom app not found error

I have created an application in the zoom marketplace on Feb 13, 2025. Application was approved and it was working well for past 6 months.

I was changing the redirect_url to test the new backend URL and unfortunately I clicked on “Submit” application. Within brief moment I withdrew the application.

However, after that application connection has stopped working in production. I will need your help in bringing this application back working. Any help on this will be appreciated.

Thank you for reaching out, can you please let us know the name of the app, also can you confirm you have not missed any emails from our marketplace.security@zoom.us regarding app suspension or your app being disabled?

Thank you for reaching out. Here is our app name “Agiea-app”.

I have double checked my emails and I do not have any emails from marketplace.security@zoom.us - Not sure, what exactly has happened.

Everything looks fine on our end, your app is not suspended and it is approved, I tried testing the authorization and the current Production url just takes me to the connection page, but the test account you provided already has a Zoom account connected so i cannot test the authorization flow to replicate what is potentially happening. Can you disconnect or provide a Zoom Clip showing the issue in full?
