There are three participants, but one of them was repeatedly disconnected—about 10 times—during the session. We’ve reviewed our logs and are seeking further insights or support from Zoom’s technical team. Could you assist us with this?

After analyzing the session log, we found that there were only three reconnection attempts during the session, and they were made by different users.

I apologize for the confusion regarding the “reconnection” issue. It appears that user “LH” was kicked out and attempted to rejoin by reloading the browser, resulting in the logs showing frequent leave and join actions occurring ten times. Do you have any insights into what might be causing this problem?
