One of our users reported that suddenly he couldn’t hear the host from around 18:36 JST of the meeting. Host can hear the other user though. Upon checking the meeting’s audio metrics on Zoom dashboard, I noticed that the audio bitrate suddenly dropped from 50 ~ 100 to just 12kbps. Video metrics looked stable though.
May I know what are possible causes of this issue?
