Audio conferencing reports from the telephone endpoint gives different result than on dashboard

Hi, I noticed the audio conferencing minutes on the dashboard gives different number than the total duration from the duration field of the telephone report endpoint here Zoom Meeting API

I believe this is due to the fact that the API response exclude data for call in. May I know where can I retrieve the duration of call ins like the one being accounted for under audio conferencing minutes on the dashboard?
