Authorization Issues with General App

We are encountering the following error when attempting to authorize the General App that uses account-level permission:

"You cannot install the app because you don’t have the required permissions. Please contact your IT administrator for permission and try again.

Account Management
View and Edit: Sub account management "

Could you please assist us in identifying the issue? We would like to note that we were able to successfully authorize the legacy app using the same account.

As Zoom is planning to conceal the creation of Legacy apps, it is important for us to ensure that our customers utilize the general app for the integration. We would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this issue.
