Auto_Launching Meetings from Multiple Zoom Accounts

I am trying the SDK Web Option to auto launch multiple zoom meetings from mutiple zoom accounts with the help of SDK Web. But I am not able to identify what steps to follow.

hi @upGrad
So you will have to call the meeting API to find out when the meetings are neededm and that will then give you the meeting information to start the meeting.
Each App will have to be logged in as the user owner of the meeting to be launched

Good luck

I’m actually looking for the same solution. I work in a school, and we have around 50 meetings (classes) every day, so it’s been impossible to do that. I need something to auto-open these classes as a host so that the students can enter afterward.

I am not able to understand, how can this be achieved because there is a limitation of opening only one application on one desktop, isn’t?

@expertswho Can we connect over a meeting for quick 15 mins, I really need this automation to work. Please let me know a suitable time to connect

hi @upGrad ,

I support this forum for free. See the note above for the monthly office hours to speak to staff.

I am an independent developer and do not provide specific advice outside this forum.

All the best

Okay, thanks. But can you please help me with the steps on how should i proceed and what is the steps i need to follow

Hi @upGrad,

I’ve developed a robust automation solution specifically for managing multiple Zoom meetings across multiple accounts, and it works flawlessly with the Zoom Web SDK and OAuth integrations.

Here’s a breakdown of what my system offers:

Key Features:

  1. Auto-create recurring Zoom meetings (365-day schedule) — ensures each account always has a reusable, unique meeting link.
  2. Auto-launch meetings as Host exactly on schedule, with full browser automation and token-based login.
  3. Stream a static tutorial or presentation video using a Virtual Camera & Microphone setup (Audio: 48kHz, Video: 1280x720p), appearing just like a live presenter.
  4. Automatically send pre-written chat messages at fixed intervals during the meeting — perfect for guided learning or onboarding.
  5. Auto-end the meeting after a specified duration.
  6. Fully scalable architecture, deployable on low-cost Azure or AWS VMs — optimized for resource efficiency and cost.

Ideal For:

  • Automated training sessions
  • Webinar-style onboarding
  • Tutorial-based lead nurturing
  • Multi-account Zoom usage without manual involvement

This has been tested across various scenarios, and it scales very well with minimal overhead.

Feel free to reach out if you’d like a working demo, help setting this up, or want to collaborate on scaling your setup. I’m happy to help others in the community solve this pain point.

Best regards,
Naeem Ahmed
