We are currently using the ZCC SDK for engagement, and everything is functioning as expected. However, we are encountering a challenge: when agents initiate a chat from the Zoom desktop app, the chat window does not always automatically open on the customer’s side. As a result, customers have to click on the chat manually.
Many of our customers are not very tech-savvy, which makes it difficult for them to figure out how to open the chat, even when they receive a notification. Is there a way to have the chat window open automatically as soon as agent connects?
