I only observed it there so far, but there may be others without us knowing

Thank you for the update. Without steps to reproduce the issue, it’s difficult to comment on the cause here. Are you able to provide a public git repo containing code I can use to test this? I’m not seeing the same issue with the Sample Web App but it sounds like the steps to reproduce the issue here might be complex.

I would also watch for any new instances of this error and if you’re able to determine any commonalities we can investigate the issue from there.
