I’ve noticed that when using Bluetooth IEMs on Windows 11, there’s often a noticeable audio delay during Zoom meetings, especially with music or screen sharing. I ran into this problem last month and tried a few different fixes.
What worked for me:
-
Make sure the Bluetooth profile is set to “Hands-Free AG Audio” in Windows Sound settings.
-
Disable “Allow Zoom to automatically adjust mic volume” in the Zoom audio settings.
-
Re-pair the IEMs, then restart Zoom completely.
After that, latency dropped significantly. It’s not perfect (Bluetooth latency exists), but it made meetings usable again.
