Bypass Webinar Registration dialog using SDK on Windows

We have built a custom client using Windows SDK. When user tries to join the Webinar, Join API is prompting the Email Registration dialog. We have all the information and we don’t want to show the dialog. Is there any API which can be called to avoid the registration dialog. Let us know. The behavior is Windows Native and Electron App
