Call details are not syncing from Zoom. Error with Zoom managed package for Salesforce

Hi! We installed the Zoom for Lightning package in Salesforce to make calls and capture Zoom call details. However, we’re encountering some issues where call details are sometimes not syncing from Zoom to Salesforce via the managed package and an update failed error message on zoom component is shown sometimes. Since we don’t have permissions to modify the package, could someone please share any ideas to resolve these issues? Thank you!
