The meeting invites when scheduled externally either from Outlook or Zoom App is not flowing into the Zoom Meeting record created in Salesforce

Issue:
We recently installed the “Zoom for Lightning” application from Salesforce AppExchange to have Zoom as a call center.
Besides, as part of our ongoing Proof of Concept (PoC), we did configure and use the Zoom Meetings within the Salesforce lightning application. Having said that, for instance, if the user/organizer is scheduling a meeting externally either from Outlook (Zoom extension) or Zoom application the invites selected aren’t flowing back into the Zoom Meeting record which gets created in Salesforce.

Errors:
No error messages

Would appreciate your guidance in troubleshooting and resolving this issue.
