Cannot get User Recordings for a specific Call Queue

I use Get user’s recordings API to get user’s recordings of Call Queue.
Because We can not receive recording_completed when using Call Queue by design.

For some of our customers, we have detected that they are unable to retrieve User Recordings for certain CallQueues.

For example, user A belongs to call queue 1 and call queue 2, and the following settings have been completed for both.
However the recording for call queue 1 can be listed by Get user’s recordings API and the recording for call queue 2 cannot.

Nothing error messages.
Requests are accepted but response data is not I expected.

In what cases is it not possible to retrieve recordings with this API?
