Camera doesn't show up and "Your connection has timed out and you cannot join the webinar. Verify your network connectivity and try again." problem

We are using Zoom Webinar for our education content. We were using Web sdk without an issue since December 2020. Last Sunday, our follower encounter with a problem when they tried to join webinar through our website.

They faced with this error message: “Your connection has timed out and you cannot join the webinar. Verify your network connectivity and try again.”

The only way that our follower join the webinar was using Zoom app which makes some difficulties on operation side.

SDK worked like charm for 3 months and we didn’t have problem since last Sunday. We didn’t change anything but this problem occurred.

Somehow, our developer team solve this problem but another problem occurred. While we are testing, whenever we try to join webinar through browser, camera doesn’t showed up. Only the voice could be heard.

So my question is how do we solve this problem? What could it cause this problem? I need to ensure that we will not face “connection has timed out” issue again and camera problem.

Make sure your site is being served over https.
