Can not login and update our app

When we login to our account it shows we have not created an app, yet our app is live in the marketplace and it has been live for almost a year. We have to update the TDD before the 17th or our clients will be out of compliance. Any ideas on why we don’t have access to our own app or how to gain access back?

Thank you for your message, please what is the name of your App please we can work to try and figure out what is going on. Has your account gone through any recent changes like removing or adding a license or moving from one account to another?

The name of the app is Presults. We moved from one account to another. Our first account was [name@presults.com]and our new/second account is name+1@presults.com ie, larry@presults.com and now it’s [larry+1@presults.com]
