Cannot get meeting recordings by Meeting UUID

I was trying to get meeting recording by meeting UUID and it says “This recording does not exist.”.
But when I try by meeting id, it shows.

Can anyone help out?

Can you try double encoding the Meeting UUID? The / may be throwing off the request.
