Meeting SDK Type and Version
Meeting SDK Windows 5.13.5.12103
Description
My coworker and I have updated our sdk from 5.10.3.4884 to 5.13.5.12103. We have also updated our zoom app on the Zoom Marketplace. Our plan is to switch from a JWT workflow to an Oauth workflow, but first we want to be sure we’ve updated the sdk successfully. Now, when we attempt to join a meeting, we get stuck on MEETING_STATUS_CONNECTING. Furthermore, when we call meetingService->Leave() we get SDKERR_MODULE_LOAD_FAILED. We tested the demo project, which appears to work correctly. We’re both very puzzled and are not sure what to try next.
We have a log file, but of course can’t read it! Where can we send it to get help?
