Zoom sdk 5.10.6 client shows "joining" but cannot be admitted to meeting

Description
If the participant uses sdk version 5.10.6 to join a meeting, after the meeting host admits this participant, it sometimes is stuck with this “joining” message. both participant and host see the participant is not in the meeting. It seems like a zoom backend problem.

If the same meeting host uses the same client, but the participant downgrades to sdk version 5.4, this “joining” issue does not happen. It seems like a bug introduced after 5.4.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. meeting host turns on waiting room
  2. let participants with zoom sdk 5.10.6 join meeting several times; sometimes they will be stuck.
