changeName no longer works in the waiting room

Description
In prior versions of the iOS mobile SDK we could call MobileRTCMeetingService changeName on a user while they were in the waiting room and it would change their name successfully. This is no longer working with the latest version of the SDK.

I am sorry this is happening. I have reproduced this same issue and have noticed the regression.
