Cloud Recordings Cause Synchronization Problems

We are using Zoom Web SDK (version 2.9.7) .
We are giving Webinars.
We share screen and also use camera and microphone.
When we open/enable cloud recordings, we have huge synchronization problems. Sound and video not synchronized. When we close cloud recording, everything works fine.

May you please try?

  • Enable cloud recording and enable automatically record to cloud option on your account
  • Create and start a webinar - ( using web sdk )
  • Start your camera, audio and share a screen
  • On client/student account, you will see synchronization problems. Even on recorded file, you can see it.

Syncronization problem starts when we share screen. There is no problem if we do not share screen.
