Co-host cannot see breakout rooms control

Description
The breakout rooms control appears only for the host and does not appear for the co-hosts. The desktop zoom client allows both host and co-hosts to manipulate breakout rooms, so there is no reason the Meeting Web SDK doesn’t allow this.

Hi @dnna ,

Can you please try in the latest WebSDK version? In the mean time, I am looking through our changelogs to see if there was any fixes deployed.
