Hi @tommy, yes, I get that message and I can’t hear anything. I have subscribed the Webinars to test if there is any diference, but I get the message “Your connection has timed out and you cannot join the webinar. Verify your network connectivity and try again.” even with the last version of the Web SDK 1.7.6.

When using the Web SDK with webinar, are you passing in the userEmail
?
// Email required for Webinars
userEmail: meetConfig.userEmail,
If that doesn’t work we will investigate further.

Hi tommy, yes because if I don’t do so, I get the error message that the email is required.

I think this is because in iOS, Chrome is just re-skinned Safari

The mobile audio issue should be fixed in the upcoming 1.7.8 release.
