We have large zoom sessions and part of the process is having to make a lot of managers co-hosts. Problem is even with training we have someone who finds a way to still push the BIG RED BUTTON. Most times it is simply an accident when they see the word close they think it will simply close the window and don’t mean to close all the breakout rooms.
A couple of things would help this. Change the color of the button would “help” but really the best solution would be a popup that says “Are you sure you want to close all of the breakout rooms” with a yes or no.
Changing the wording might help as well as changing the button color. But really the best solution would be a confirmation. While I understand that this is not always a common issue and results in another step it really creates a big problem especially when people are taking tests.
