Conflicting approval message and unable to talk to someone

The message from the reviewer is very confusing, and at the same time, I am unable to reply. Please help. Stuck in a limbo. As you can see, on one hand, it says “approved,” but the bar chart says no. While everything is Greyed out. Nothing I can do. They even say we can email them, when there is no email in sight anyway, and are constantly directing us to this forum. and yet we cannot submit image here to properly seek help.

Among all the video call APIs, Zoom has been by far the most convoluted in terms of your UX/UI. On one hand you are trying to do it kanban style which is good but on the other you have multiple places we need to figure just where do we submit an update.
It’s bad enough they are so slow. Add on to the fact the message is vague, it just add on to the delays unnecessarily
