Connecting a Zoom webhook-only app to Zapier's webhook trigger

Hello everyone,

I know that there is a plan to integrate Zoom Phone into Zapier within the next quarter or two, but I was wondering if there was a way to utilize Zoom webhook-only apps and the Zapier webhook trigger in the meantime.

We’re a law firm and any time a client sends a case manager a text, we’d like to add the text to their case in our case management system, Filevine. I tried creating a webhook-only app in Zoom Marketplace, but we don’t have terms of use for this case as the way we intend to use it is completely internal and only to automate a process. Is there any other way I could make this connection? Is it possible to create the webhook-only app without a terms of use if it’s only internal use?

Any insight or help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Zoom Developer Forum!
You can use a Webhook-only app without filling up the Links section.
As webhook-only apps are internal and can not be published in the Zoom Marketplace, you do not need to fill up that section.

Hi Elisa,

I see now that it’s activated and working as expected! For some reason when I set it up the other day it was throwing an error saying the links were required. It’s no longer showing that. Thank you! :slight_smile:
