When I receive the call transcript payload from ‘GET /phone/recording_transcript/download/{recordingId}’, I need to find the common variable between each recording so that I can relink the separated transcript back together (because every time the caller gets redirected/callpath changes, a separate recording is created) .
The webhook triggering event is currently phone.recording_transcript_completed) but I can’t find any common variable. The ‘call_id’ is different each time so that doesn’t work.
