Contact Center - Saving Settings

Our IT department recently moved to Zoom Contact Center, which has been much easier to use than our older phone system.

When I use Contact Center, I filter the Agents to show only the agents on my team. I then change the filter on the Status to only show Ready or Occupied.

However, every time I restart Zoom or log out, I lose those settings.

Since we have our entire department on Contact Center, I would like to request an option be added to allow Zoom Contact Center to save the filter settings.

This would allow our team to quickly see who is available on Contact Center when Zoom opens.
