Contact Center SDK Events not working

According to this documentation: Add video client | Contact Center SDK | web
The contact center SDK should be able to detect multiple events, but the only ones we are able to get logged are video-start and video-end (which is only triggered if an agent joins the call, not if the user ends it from the lobby). However, there is an event in the documentation named “video-click-end” described as " User clicked button to end video.", but this event does not seem to be triggered no matter what what we do on the user end. If there are any more details or anything on these events, since the documentation is sparse, that would be great. Thank you.
