Contact Center Smart Embed - Messaging

GET https://api.zoom.us/v2/contact_center/engagements fails to return chat engagements while engagement is in process. The engagement exists, and can be responded to via the chat queue in question from the CCSE app - the API just can’t seem to see it.

Description
We have built a CCSE - contact center smart embed page. We are able to get live/in process engagement info for phone calls. We run into errors attempting to get chat engagement data.

How To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
*1. Setup CCSE, take chat engagement via CCSE, request engagement via API
*2. CCSE APP - embedded on page behind authentication
*3. We get error 2901, engagement does not exist - full error below:
