Controlling unauthorized users from participating in meetings through User ID and Password

Can we have pre-defined user ids and passwords created for meeting participants so that once a participant logs in with the id and password no other user can login with the same id and password. Currently in one of our education client we face challenges were some mischievous students send the link to uninvited users who create a lot of nuisance in the session which is affecting the credibility of the school.
