Create meetings on behalf of a "basic plan" user?

Hi,

I understand there is 40 min meeting limitation for Zoom users on free or “basic” plan. Is it correct that meeting can still be created “on behalf of” such users from an “account level” App(so using an admin level OAuth token but setting “basic” plan as host) but such meeting will still have 40 min limit?

Yes meetings can still be created from on behalf of users on an account level but since its a free plan the meetings will still be 40 mins.
