Concurrent Meetings using create user api

Hello, I am creating a web application that requires multiple parallel calls between two people. From what I’ve researched, I found that there isn’t an automatic way to do this with Zoom. What I found was a way to accomplish this using the Create User endpoint, and it is necessary to have a Pro account or higher. With that, I have some questions:

  1. Besides paying for the Meeting SDK minutes, will I also need to pay for a Pro plan?

  2. The accounts I create using the Create User API, will they be free accounts? If so, will these accounts have a 40-minute call limit?
