Creating app or endpoint for testing chat interactions

We are running Zoom Workplace for Contact Center. It is going well. We would like to automate testing of interactions with the chatbot virtual agent so we can ascertain and forecast expected retreival rate from a bank of 100 to 200 common case queries. We have a self deployed company n8n instance that we would like to use to orchestrate automated testing. It does not look like real time interactions with a chat agent is included in the scope of apps you can build. Is that the case? Has anyone figured out ways of scaling testing responses for virtual agents?
