Hello, Is it possible to authorize a user created with the API using the “custCreate” option to use a marketplace app integration?
I have a number of hosts and meetings created using the API via CustCreate and I’d like those hosts to have otter.ai activated on their accounts. Obviously, because CustCreate users can’t log in, I can’t authorize it the traditional way via oauth. Is there any other way to do it?

Thanks for reaching out about this, and great question.
Unfortunately, as non-login users (users created via our custCreate endpoint), it’s not currently possible to achieve this, as those users are unable to authorize the app via OAuth.
That said, I’m double checking with our Engineering team to make sure there aren’t any alternatives to recommend to you. In case there aren’t, I think this is a great suggestion for #feature-requests.
