Custom UI at Zoom Rooms

Hi! I apologize for my terrible English. And I am not a developer, I ask for advice on how to solve the problem and in which direction to move.We used Zoom rooms to broadcast on cdn. We capture a screen with 9 participants and use vmix to cut out a window with each participant as a separate source. The problem occurs when one of the participants disconnects. In this case, the area with participants is shifted. How can we fix the position of users on the multiview display? Can the custom UI help us with this, and how difficult is it? Thanks for the post. If you are using Zoom Room, then the Windows SDK might not work for your case since it is a different product. Please contact Zoom support at https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362003 and one of the Zoom Room experts would be happy to help you.
