Display Live QOS during meeting

Description
In order to help our customer support better understand and field custom calls, we want to be able to display the connection quality on screen during live video meetings and webinars. This information would only be visible on screen to each individual user. Essentially, we are looking to display the same connection quality indicator shown in Zoom by default within our API driven implementation. What is the best way to do that?

Additional context
I get notifications from zoom during meetings on a regular basis if my connection quality is poor and we want to include that feature in our implementation.
