Do I need to publish a General app for this use case?

Hi all,

I’m integrating Zoom into a custom ATS I built to fetch meeting URLs, but it only works with the Zoom account used to create the General app.

Do I need to publish the app on the Marketplace to let other users authenticate (even though I just need it for my custom ATS), or is there another solution?

Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Zoom Developer Community!
What you are seeing is expected. Only users under your account will be able to authorize the app and if you want external users to authorize it, the app needs to be published in the Marketplace
