Hi Zoom team,
I’m trying to verify ownership of my domain taxia.solutions for my app
“Taxia Constellation Board” (Production Client ID: B7X4ZnBZT1atNPUlIn5FJw)
before submitting for review, but the self-service domain verification is
broken on my account.
What happens:
- Selecting ANY verification method immediately shows a red “Bad Request” toast.
- The verification token is empty in every method:
• Meta tag: (no token)
• TXT record: zoom-domain-verification= (blank value)
• HTML file: downloads as 0 bytes - This looks identical to several known reports on this forum, so the token
does not appear to be generated server-side.
My side is fully set up and ready:
- The meta tag is already live in the of https://taxia.solutions/
(the page returns HTTP 200). - I control the domain, DNS (Hostinger), server and homepage, so I can add any
TXT / meta / HTML file the moment a real token is generated.
Could you please verify the domain manually, or DM me the correct token and
next steps? The app is otherwise “Ready for submission”.
Domain: taxia.solutions
App: Taxia Constellation Board

Same bug reported here:
- Zoom Marketplace TXT domain verification token is blank (zoom-domain-verification=)
- Domain Verification Broken – meta tag content empty, HTML file download 0 bytes
- Domain Verification Bad Request
Thank you!
