Zoom Marketplace TXT domain verification token is blank (zoom-domain-verification=)

Hi Team,

I am trying to submit my Zoom Marketplace app for production review.

While verifying my domain using the TXT record method, Zoom generates:

zoom-domain-verification=

The verification token value after “=” is completely blank.

Important observations:

  • Yesterday, another app on the same account generated a proper verification token successfully.

  • The Zoom account was recently upgraded from Pro to Business.

  • The issue persists even in Incognito mode and across newly created apps.

  • The issue happens before any DNS configuration step.

  • This currently blocks production app submission.

Has anyone faced this issue before? Is this a known Marketplace/backend issue?
