Hi Zoom team,
Domain verification for our app is broken: no verification token is generated
in ANY of the three methods. The TXT record shows “zoom-domain-verification=”
with an empty value, the meta tag shows content=“”, and the downloadable HTML
file has an empty file name and 0 bytes.
The underlying API call fails with a generic error:
PUT https://marketplace.zoom.us/api/v1/users/tJRqU55FRs-TX4EvOgwnUg/domains
Body: {“domain”:“synq.software”,“verifyMethod”:“TXT_RECORD”}
Response: 400 {“code”:400,“status”:400,“error”:“Bad Request”,“message”:“Bad Request”}
GET …/verified-domains returns {“domains”:} — the domain is never created.
Reproduced in Chrome and Safari on 2026-08-04/05. HAR file available.
This looks identical to the recent reports for taxia.solutions, prospo.ai and
zerotohero.community. It blocks our app submission (domain verification is a
required step on the Submit page).
