Double click to convert is not working for me

Description
Hello i’m using windows zoom. My friend open a meeting room for me, and then give me a host to recording screen. After finished the meeting, I can’t convert video.
The file name shown " Double_click_to_convert" which doesn’t work. (check screen shot)

Can give me some advice?

Which version?
Version: 4.6.10 (20033.0407)

1.I have check article, it doesn’t help ->can’t find the meeting

2. I can’t really run in command prompt ->“can’t recognized as an internal or external command.”
