Enable again the RTMS license for your account

Hello, last month one person in here was enabled RTMS for our organization.

In our account appear the license RTMS Pay as you go.

WE don’t notice but on 4th of October, we can’t add the app our devs build on Development (we doesn’t have plans to move to production at the moment). Before expired the license, users can add on:
Auto-start apps that access shared realtime meeting content

Configure settings for apps to auto-start accessing shared content upon meeting start or join

But. to the app not appear and we suspect is because of expired license. Could you activate again please? Is urgent because they are stopped work.

Our account manager enable the RTMS license for the next 7 days. But continue not appear our app on Autostart settings.
We have all the correct scopes and before 4th of October we can see the app:
