How to enable join before host and waiting room at the same time

Error
I want to have participants join waiting room before the meeting start. But now if i enable join before host, i have to disable waiting room to join meeting as an attendee, otherwise I got error 3008 said: the meeting has not started.
I understand that if i enable Waiting room then the join before host setting will be automatically set to 0. Are the any solution for that?

To Reproduce(If applicable)
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable join before host setting
2. Create meeting with waiting room enabled
3. Join meeting with the Web sdk as participant
4. Error: The meeting {meetingID} has not started

Device (please complete the following information):

• Device: Dell PC
• OS: Ubuntu 20.04
• Browser: Chrome
• Browser Version: Version 87.0.4280.141 (Official Build) (64-bit)

So there are currently no way to use both functionalities in web client sdk if i understand correctly (have the participants join waiting room before the host start the meeting)
