To Reproduce(If applicable)
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start a meeting
2. call IMeetingService::Leave(LeaveMeetingCmd::END_MEETING)
3. IMeetingService::Leave returns SDKError::SDKERR_SUCCESS
4. The active meeting continues

Could I confirm that the person / SDK calling the end meeting has host permissions?

I actually looked deeper into the issue and found that the issue was in a library I was using. This issue can be closed.
