End meeting" or "End meeting for all" not taking user back to launch portal

I have created a meeting using Zoom Create meeting API. In my portal when i start the Zoom session it takes the start URL of the meeting and launches the Zoom session out of my current web application.

After the Zoom meeting is over when the host clicks on “End meeting” or “End meeting for all” i want the user to be brought back to the portal in which the Zoom session URL was launched.

How can we achieve this using Zoom API?
