Q1,

For example,
step 1, Join meeting by webSDK, user manual enable join audio and video.
step 2, User move to Breakout Room.
step 3, User need re-enable join audio and video, it is repetitive operation.

Can we skip step 3?
User just need to enable join audio and video at the first time.

Question 2, How to disable one user use multiple devices multiple join one meeting?
