Error on JWT api_crednetials not found

Description
When I try to see JWT app credentials the page shows error api_crednetials not found found while on the Manage section the one JWT app already created and the status is deactivated and its now allowing to activate again!

How To Reproduce (If applicable)
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Click on “Develop>Build app” section
  2. Access JWT and click “View here” link
  3. it will show error “api_crednetials not found”

Additional context
We’re using Zoom plugin in Moodle to create zoom sessions and In Moodle the error is Invalid access token

When you navigate to the Activate tab of your JWT app, what do you see?

Dear @will.zoom,

Thanks for your reply. All fields was locked and there was no any button to activate again and also on JWT page, error “api_crednetials not found” was showing! but now its disappeared, its working fine and the app automatically activated we didn’t do any change there. Do you know what could be the reason for this issue?

Hey @azmat, strange! Glad it’s working now. Is it possible that someone else on your account could have momentarily deactivated and then reactivated the app? JWT apps are accessible to any admins/owners on the account.
