I’m trying to publish my app on the Zoom Marketplace. In the App Settings, I check the EU Declaration checkbox (“I hereby declare that I commit to only offer products or services that comply with the applicable rules of union law”) and the status changes to “Ready”. However, when I navigate away and return to the App Settings page, the checkbox is unchecked again and the status shows “Not Ready”.
I have tried different browsers and clearing my cache, but the issue persists. The checkbox does not seem to save.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a workaround?
