Expanded Co-Hosting Abilities

I agree, this is extremely frustrating, especially because this article says that co-hosts can mange but I find that is still not true. As a faculty support at an institution it’s very frustrating to require them to transfer host capability to me to help with this task. I even contacted support and they told me to have my admin check our account settings… I asked for the path to the setting and the response was not helpful: “The owner or the admin should be able to see it under advance settings on their account so they can enable it and provide you access. It will be under the admin or owners meeting settings.” They can’t even tell me the path on how to enable! We are almost a year into a pandemic where everyone is relying on zoom yet somehow this is still an issue…almost 3 years after the initial request on this post. I have submitted my problem to http://zoom.us/feed like Tommy has suggested…I’ll follow-up to this post, if I hear back.
