I am a free-lance developer and I am starting to work in the Zoom environment. So, I would like to ask a newbie question.

In particular, I would like to know the best practices about SDK account management. I’m considering using my personal account for developing and testing and then ask the company for their account and publish the app through their account. Is this a good or reliable practice?

Thanks for reaching out to our community!
I would suggest you do testing and developing under the company’s account.
You can get special roles and permissions to do so.
The reason why I suggest this, is because in the company account, you will potentially have more data and/or features to test and access to more endpoints than your personal Zoom account (especially if this is a free account)
